Boot Networks was incorporated in December 1999 and continues to be a recognized provider of IT Consulting Services in Southern California. Originally founded by four directors the company was to provide web hosting services and IT contract services. The company spent the next couple years being split into two entities, Boot Networks LLC and Boot Networks Global Support, Inc. Boot Networks LLC continued with the web hosting part of the business and moved to Orange County. Boot Networks Global Support was formed to focus on IT services. In 2003 Boot Networks Global Support, Inc. was incorporated and ownership changed. New technology services and clients were added as a part of this change.
