Remote Support is billed at $2.00/minute with a $5.00/one time connection charge. This step must be completed prior to downloading the Remote Help client in order to ensure that a technician will be available to work on your computer. When directed by a Support Engineer, click the link below to allow Boot Networks to connect to your PC. |

Click HERE for remote support. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will see the screen above after you click on the download link. Click Run.

Click Run again. *NOTE: If you have a firewall on your computer, it may ask for permission to allow remhelp.exe to access the internet. Be sure to allow access, or the connection will not be established.

Click on Start. The program will initiate a connection to our office. If you are using a different browser, save the program, double click on it, run it and you should arrive at the following screen. |
