This means that, if for any reason your computer stops working, works slower then it used to or crashes, we will bring it back to its original condition, i.e. when you first purchased it.  This DOES NOT include rescue of your data. which you have created after the computer was repaired or rebuilt.  We also optimize your system, and download and install ALL critical patches from Microsoft.  This service is valid for DELL computers, Gateway computer, HP and Compaq computers, E-machines, Sony computer, most major manufacturers, and any computer that came with a restore CD.
