Office Outlook 2010 NK2 file import procedure for Windows 7

1. 1. Click on the windows button type mail and click the mail icon.
   2. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles.
   3. Rename your existing .nk2 file to the same name as your current Outlook 2010 profile name. By default the profile is called “Outlook”.
   4. Copy the .nk2 file to the c:\users\(yourusername)\appdata\roaming\microsoft\outlook\ folder .
   5. Make sure Outlook is closed and type outlook.exe /importnk2, and then click OK.

• This will import the existing .nk2 file into the current Outlook 2010 profile and suggested contacts.

If it doesn’t work the first time verify you have the correct directory and try again.
