Error Outlook data file cannot be accessed – error (0x8004010F)
Open the email settings and check that the default delivery fold and file are valid.
Open Account Settings
Select the Email tab
At the bottom The setting Selected account delivers new messages to the following location: should be set to your current PST file. If no folder is displayed click the Change Folder button and select your PST file.
