Adding a owner/manager to the document.

Open word
Open Mail Merge List
To add a new person click in the last entry and last field (postal code) and click tab.
Save the Mail Merge List

Modify the Letter
Open Word
Click file and open.
Open the Letter document.
Click on tools and then mail merge.
Under step 3 click on the Merge Button.
