single spacing default
- Open Word
- Click on the Page Layout tab
- Under the paragraph group. Click on the icon next to the work Paragraph
- The Paragraph dialog window should appear.
- Make sure the Indents and Spacing tab is selected.
- In the Spacing section, In the Line Spacing box, select Single.
- In the after section make sure the value is 0.
- Click the Default button, and then click Yes when prompted.
