How to share availability outlook calendar steps:

  1. To use outlook send availability click on the New Email button on the ribbon bar in Microsoft Outlook
  2. Select the Insert Tab
  3. Tap on the calendar icon when composing a new email or replying to an emailsend availability outlook calendar via email
  4. Select the calendar and date range you wish to use
  5. Select any details you want to set including checking the box for Show time within my working hours only
  6. Click OKsend availability outlook calendar in email
  7. Your available times are now inserted into the email for sending
  8. Review your calendar availability and click send to share outlook availability when you are ready

How do I use send availability in outlook mobile?

  1. Open up your email in outlook mobile
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing email
  3. Tap the calendar icon when composing a new email or replying to an email
  4. Tap “Send Availability”
  5. The calendar view is now opened
  6. Select meeting times that work for you
  7. Tap on done
  8. Your available times are now in the email
  9. Tap to send

    I SECOND THAT! I really wish the mobile interface for sending availability was available on desktop. so much more intuitive, and most of the time, I only want to ADD FREE TIME, not busy.
